Fleet studies how environments produce intelligence. About The Role

Fleet's Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in scaling the company. You'll be a force for organization, by helping extend the judgment of the CEO to a larger surface area. This will span internal and external initiatives including roadmaps, hiring, proposals, partnerships, public launches, media, and branding.

What You'll Do

• Make sure top company priorities never slip through the cracks
• Untangle operational knots that are bottlenecking the company
• Assist with both internal and external communication to maximize clarity
• Work with the mindset of constantly encoding tacit knowledge and operational processes to allow greater company-wide observability and context
