Location: Boca Raton, FL

Compensation: Competitive compensation package ($100,000–$175,000+), based on experience and qualifications.

A rapidly growing roofing company is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help build the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who excels at improving operational efficiency, leading teams, and creating scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily business operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs, systems, and operational processes.
• Improve efficiency, accountability, and overall performance.
• Oversee scheduling, production, fleet, and operational logistics.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff.
• Identify operational challenges and implement long-term solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Management or Operations leadership experience.
• Proven success building systems, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, logistics, and multiple departments.
• Roofing experience preferred; construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, or other service-based operations experience will also be considered.
