Our portfolio includes trusted industry brands like Pioneer®, Brevant®, and Hoegemeyer®, delivering performance farmers rely on.

Join us to help scale innovation globally and shape what’s next in crop science.

Who are we and what do we do?

Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026; this planned separation is subject to multiple conditions, including final approval of the transaction by its board of directors. It is Corteva’s current intention, should the separation occur, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.

The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry’s most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops – and potentially beyond. Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.

Vylor is building a modern, platform-based technology organization designed to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure technology services for a newly independent global company. As we continue to establish our operating model and technology foundation, we have a unique opportunity to define how technology organizations operate, collaborate, measure success, and deliver outcomes at scale.

We are hiring an Operations Leader – Core Technology and Foundational Infrastructure (CTFI) to serve as the operational backbone of the organization, enabling effective execution across one of the most critical technology portfolios within Integrated Enterprise Systems (IES).

The Opportunity

This role sits at the center of the CTFI organization and is responsible for helping leaders turn strategy into execution.

You will establish and operate the management systems, governance processes, communications, operating rhythms, performance measurement frameworks, and planning processes that enable the organization to execute effectively at scale. Working across platform teams and partnering closely with the IES Strategy & Operations organization, you will help drive consistency, transparency, accountability, and operational maturity across the broader IES portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, turning data into actionable insights, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and helping organizations perform at their highest level.

What You'll Own

Governance and Operating Rhythms

  • Leadership forums, operational reviews, quarterly business reviews, and planning cycles.
  • Governance structures and decision-making processes across the CTFI organization.
  • Operational cadences that improve alignment, accountability, and execution.

Organizational Communications and Alignment

  • Leadership communications and organizational updates.
  • Communication strategies that clarify priorities, progress, decisions, and expectations.
  • Coordination of information flow across platform teams and stakeholders.

Performance Management and Reporting

  • KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Organizational health metrics and performance measurement practices.
  • Operational reporting that enables transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Organizational health dashboards that provide visibility into priorities, performance, workforce health, and execution status.

Financial Planning and Business Operations

  • Budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and portfolio prioritization activities.
  • Financial coordination and cost management support across the CTFI portfolio.
  • Reporting and analysis that connects operational activities to financial outcomes.

Portfolio Visibility and Execution

  • Cross-platform visibility across ERP, Digital Workplace, Site Operations & Service Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Hosting, and supporting technology teams.
  • Coordination of priorities, dependencies, risks, and commitments across the portfolio.
  • Enterprise requests, leadership reporting, planning inputs, and operational analysis.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Goal setting, performance management support, workforce planning, organizational reviews, and talent processes.
  • Operational maturity improvements across governance, communications, reporting, and planning.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen execution and organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong business operations and organizational leader who can partner across a complex technology environment and help drive clarity, visibility, and execution.

Successful candidates will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in technology operations, business operations, program management, strategic planning, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years leading programs, teams, business operations functions, or enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience in technology business operations, technology operations, program management, strategic planning, portfolio management, or similar functions.
  • Strong capability in governance, communications, operational planning, performance management, and reporting.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and decision-support reporting.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and investment planning.
  • The ability to translate data into insights and insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations with multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • A passion for improving how organizations operate, collaborate, communicate, and execute.

Why This Role Matters

Technology organizations are most effective when there is clarity around priorities, visibility into performance, and alignment across teams.

This role helps create that foundation for CTFI.

From governance and planning to communications, reporting, metrics, portfolio visibility, and organizational effectiveness, the Operations Leader enables leaders and teams to focus on delivering business value while maintaining alignment with the broader IES operating model.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how one of Vylor's most important technology organizations operates while building scalable management systems that support long-term growth, transformation, and execution.

If you enjoy connecting strategy to execution, improving organizational effectiveness, and helping leaders make better decisions through data, planning, and operational discipline, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
