• Driving revenue, profitability and operational performance
• Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Leading engineering, manufacturing, sales, service and operational teams
• Developing a high-performance culture focused on growth and accountability
• Identifying new markets, opportunities and revenue streams

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience leading an engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, heat pump or industrial services business
• Strong commercial leader with full P&L accountability
• Demonstrable track record of scaling businesses and delivering growth
• Experienced in building, motivating and developing high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker with exceptional operational and commercial acumen
