Programme Director

We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant business and technology transformation and are seeking an exceptional Programme Director to lead one of its most business-critical initiatives.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages plans and oversees. We're looking for a leader with an outstanding track record of building, developing and leading high-performing teams and relationships, influencing executive stakeholders and delivering complex programmes through the right people, on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

Direct a large-scale, transformation programme from strategy through to delivery.

Lead, inspire, develop and influence multidisciplinary teams across technology, business change and operations.

Manage and mentor Programme Managers, Project Managers and senior delivery leads, creating a high-performance culture.

Build credibility with C-suite executives and provide strategic direction across multiple workstreams.

Drive organisational change, ensuring teams remain engaged and aligned throughout complex transformation.

Implement governance frameworks and reporting structures, identifying risks and issues ensuring that all issues dealt with effectively and efficiently to ensure compliance.
