A multi-institution international education group is seeking a Chief Growth Officer for Germany to lead commercial growth across its domestic and online portfolio.

This is a senior, board-advisory appointment reporting into the CEO of the Germany operation and the Group CCO, with accountability spanning three autonomous institutions operating in a complex, regulated market.

The opportunity:

You'll own two parallel growth tracks, domestic recruitment across multiple institutional brands, and the commercial build-out of a new online offer for the German market. You'll shape portfolio strategy, pricing, partnerships and marketing ROI, while leading through influence across institutionally autonomous entities.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving product and portfolio strategy, working closely with group product and academic leadership
• Owning domestic recruitment strategy, partnerships, and pricing across multiple institutions
• Building a commercial online/distance learning presence from the ground up in the German market
• Leading multi-channel marketing strategy with clear ROI accountability
• Chairing a cross-institution commercial forum and acting as the senior Germany voice into group strategy

What you'll bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience in a regulated, multi-stakeholder commercial environment , education, professional services, or similarly complex sectors
• A track record of P&L ownership and revenue/growth delivery at scale
• Experience building online or distance-model commercial presence in Germany or a comparable European market
• Strong stakeholder leadership, the ability to drive alignment across autonomous entities without formal authority
• Full professional fluency in German and English
