Strategy Manager

Our client is a well-funded, fast-scaling B2B technology company backed by leading European and international investors, looking for strong additions to their team in Berlin

What you'll do

• Partner closely with senior leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives spanning growth, operations, and go-to-market
• Turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into structured analysis, clear recommendations, and executed outcomes
• Build the data, models, and insights that inform decisions at the leadership and board level
• Drive special projects end-to-end - from framing the question to shipping the result - across a fast-moving organisation

What you'll bring

• 1–4 years in a high-performance environment (top-tier consulting, M&A/investment banking, PE/VC, or a leading scaleup)
• Direct startup experience, whether through an internship or a full-time role — you know how to operate at pace with limited structure
• Sharp analytical and structuring skills paired with a genuine bias for execution over pure analysis
• Strong ownership mentality and the drive to work directly alongside founders and senior leadership
