As we expand our offerings beyond talent advisory into GCC Advisory & Setup Services, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can build this business from the ground up.

This role offers the opportunity to create one of India's leading GCC consulting practices while working directly with founders, global CXOs, private equity firms, and multinational organizations.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced GCC professional who has previously been involved in setting up Global Capability Centres in India.

The individual will own the complete lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and advising clients on India strategy to driving execution and coordinating multiple partners required for GCC setup.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role requiring a unique combination of consulting, business development, operations, and program management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Build a strong pipeline of organizations evaluating India as a GCC destination.
• Engage CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and global leadership teams.
• Develop relationships with PE/VC firms, advisory firms and ecosystem partners.
• Lead client discovery sessions and consultative sales discussions.
• Own proposal development, commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Build long-term strategic client relationships.

GCC Advisory

Advise global organizations on:

• India entry strategy
• GCC business case
• Location assessment
• Operating model
• Organization design
• Talent strategy
• Leadership hiring strategy
• Scale-up roadmap
• Governance framework
• Transition planning
• Cost optimization

GCC Setup Execution

Lead end-to-end GCC establishment including:

• Program governance
• Cross-functional project management
• Coordination with legal, finance, payroll, compliance, tax and infrastructure partners
• Office setup coordination
• Recruitment strategy
• Employer branding
• Vendor management
• Launch readiness
• Scale-up planning

Ecosystem Building

Develop partnerships with:

• Real estate consultants
• Legal firms
• EOR firms
• Payroll providers
• HR consulting firms
• IT infrastructure providers
• Compliance firms
• Government agencies
• Startup ecosystem partners

Build a strong GCC partner ecosystem that Talentiser can leverage across engagements.

Practice Development

• Develop GCC consulting frameworks.
• Create reusable playbooks and methodologies.
• Build proposal templates and delivery assets.
• Define service offerings.
• Build consulting IP.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
• Help recruit and mentor future GCC consultants.

Thought Leadership

Represent Talentiser at:

Publish market insights and contribute to positioning Talentiser as a trusted GCC advisory partner.

Required Experience

• 6–12 years of professional experience.
• Direct experience in setting up or scaling one or more Global Capability Centers.
• Experience working in consulting firms, Big 4, GCC advisory firms, or corporate strategy/PMO teams driving GCC expansion.
• Strong understanding of India's GCC ecosystem.
• Experience interacting with global stakeholders.
• Exposure to organization design, operating models and transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Demonstrated success in consultative client engagement or business development.
