Role Overview

• Act as an extension of founders - pick up whatever is high priority for the company and own it
• First Priority Project - Own P&L and growth metrics for a business unit
• Manage multiple teams incl Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, Support and deliver quarterly outcomes
• Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively both independently and in collaboration with different teams.
• Founders you will be working closely with

○ Mayank Kukreja → IIMA Gold Medalist, IIT Delhi (CS). Worked at McKinsey & Myntra.

○ Anish Khadiya → IIM Lucknow, IIT Kharagpur, worked at ITC, McKinsey, and Myntra.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience, with at least 1+ year exposure to B2B sales.
• Ex-Founder is a HUGE plus
• Problem-solving ninja with the ability to adapt and thrive when faced with new challenges.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics. Not afraid to jump into Excel and AI workflows.
• Setting high-performance standards and moving people to achieve them.
