Role Description The Chief of Staff at Xpress Health will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing executive priorities, coordinating key projects, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The Chief of Staff will facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and help align teams around company goals and performance metrics. The role includes stakeholder management across departments and regions, supporting organizational planning, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. The Chief of Staff will also play a key role in internal communication, change management, and fostering a high-performance culture.
