Chief of Staff — Office of the Founder
Indexed description
The role Work directly with the founder to build a multi-division group from the ground up. This is a build role, not a support role: you will run the operating rhythm of the group, drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, and act as the connective tissue across entities in India, Singapore, and Australia.
What you will do
- Act as a force multiplier for the founder — structure priorities, decisions, and information flow across a growing portfolio of companies
- Run the group operating cadence: weekly leadership reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning
- Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end: new venture launches, market entries, operating-model rollouts, M&A support
- Prepare decision memos, board packs, and investor materials to a standard the founder can put in front of anyone
- Coordinate the founding leadership team — track commitments, surface blockers, force decisions
- Build the Office of the Founder as a function: systems, rhythms, dashboards, and follow-through
What you have done
- 8–12 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth company
- Run a CEO's or business unit's operating cadence, or led cross-functional programs with C-level stakeholders
- Produced board-grade written communication — memos, decks, and business reviews that drove real decisions
- Operated across multiple entities, geographies, or time zones
- MBA or equivalent preferred
Good to have: Prior Chief of Staff / Founder's Office experience; exposure to holding companies or multi-entity structures.
Why join: A founding seat with direct founder exposure; permanent capital means a decades-long horizon, not a fund cycle; you shape how the entire group runs from first principles.
