Senior Transformation Director - Strategy and Planning - TOM

Our client is running a strategic transformation programmes across all aspects of it business with a view to proving enhanced offering to clients in this new digital world.

This change transformation programme aims to improve efficiencies, process, effectiveness & “value add” to the business while proving clients with a greater customer journey. We are looking to focus on standardisation, automate and work smarter and in turn achieve consistent positive client experience across the regions.

We are seeking interested people with experience in a large organisations, strategic transformation initiatives, strong on implementing change management processes, comfortable in a hands on, understand what is involved in how people experience change, ensure change is embraced, bring people/execs on the journey and show them what “good” looks like – real value add, enhancing client experience / customer journey, organisational design and change, target operating models, efficiencies / effectiveness, scalability, coaching / training and adoption!

Responsibilities include

1. Create a change management strategy taking into account the impact on organizational change.
2. Advance, execute, and update plans to manage change across the company.
3. Guide and coach SLT on leading through change within a global company.
4. Evaluate organizational change awareness, willingness, and readiness.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Define success metrics and identify and evaluate the impact of changes on different areas of the business and the effectiveness of the this transformation.
