- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in partnerships or operations-related roles within a technology environment.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience managing partner incentive or funding program operations in a global capacity.
- Experience in managing escalations and resolving intricate customer and partner issues with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and partner ecosystems, particularly in the infrastructure (IaaS) and platform (PaaS) space.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, including process design, automation, and systems implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across different functions and regions (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal).
US: $211000 - $294000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Own the global multi-year strategy for partner investments (RaMP, DAF, PSF). Design and launch transformative partner programs globally. Analyze performers to ensure Google’s offerings remain engaged.
- Improve efficiency, data integrity, and agreement velocity to reduce partner friction. Drive automation using AI-powered tools like statement of work (SOW) analyzer and partner earnings hub. Enforce global policies, governance, and fraud/abuse prevention.
- Oversee portfolios, budget guidelines, and return on investment tracking. Manage financial risk, exceptions, and compliance across all programs. Justify business cases for headcount and operational investments.
- Lead and develop a global program management team. Align cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product.
- Advocate Google’s partner programs at external events and analyst briefings. Gather partner feedback at partner advisory forum (PAF) to iterate program design. Deliver enablement content.
