Our client is a major biopharmaceuticals company with multiple commercialized pharmaceuticals and biologics commercialized globally. In the US, the business has an FDA approved antibiotic expected to launch by end of 2026. This lead antibiotic has received favorable data with an expectation to take a strong market share. The US antibiotics business has a robust pipeline of additional assets expected to launch in the near future.
Description
- Partner closely with the U.S. business leader to develop and execute strategic priorities.
- Support long-range planning, business reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis to inform key decisions.
- Lead program governance for critical cross-functional initiatives and growth projects.
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting to track business objectives.
- Coordinate stakeholders across commercial, medical, regulatory, finance, and HR functions.
- Prepare leadership briefings, meeting materials, and executive communications.
- Act as a liaison between U.S. operations and international leadership teams.
- Drive accountability, follow-up, and issue resolution across strategic workstreams.
- Support leadership meetings, organizational initiatives, and change management activities.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare consulting, or a similar environment.
- Track record in NCE or commercial launch.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical market and commercial operations.
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from planning through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools.

Experience
6-10 years of experience in pharma/life sciences or pharma consulting background.
Familiarity with the US pharmaceutical market, including commercial and NCE/specialty products.
Experience working closely with senior/C-suite leadership is a plus.
