• Prepare Preliminary Financial Models and Project Feasibility Studies to support go/no-go recommendations.

• Evaluate project risk profiles and value propositions prior to BD handover, ensuring only qualified opportunities advance.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to incorporate cross-functional perspectives into each assessment.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Analyze domestic and international renewable energy market trends to identify white-space opportunities and inform strategic direction.

• Track government energy policies, incentive schemes, tariff structures, and regulatory frameworks that impact project economics.

• Benchmark competitor strategies and market positioning; recommend tactical adjustments to maintain first-mover or best-in-class advantage.

• Present new project opportunities to senior leadership with comprehensive data packs and clear investment rationale.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and key business partners.

• Negotiate with landowners, project developers, and EPC partners to secure favorable terms and project access.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking events to expand the organization’s visibility and deal flow.

5. Handover & Coordination with BD

• Deliver fully evaluated project packages to the BD team, ensuring a seamless and well-documented handover process.

• Prepare comprehensive Project Briefs that include technical summaries, financial highlights, risk assessments, and recommended next steps.

• Coordinate across departments to remove bottlenecks and accelerate project progression through the development lifecycle.
