About The Opportunity

A well-established healthcare sales organization. They are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced individual to become the driving force behind their business transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the core mandate for this hire is to take ownership of the current digital roadmap, consult on strategic direction, and turn around underperforming system implementations.

Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution for the company's transformation initiatives as follows:

• Overarching Scope: Spearhead the company-wide transformation strategy to ensure that technology solutions align seamlessly with actual business expectations.
• Strategic & Financial KPIs: Maximize the ROI and adoption rate of existing IT investments while achieving process efficiency targets across the organization.
• Operational Tasks: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize the recently implemented MS 360 and Excellence ERP systems. Proactively formulate, monitor, and execute the current transformation roadmap to resolve operational pain points.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as a strategic consultant to the CEO by providing regular walkthroughs of the strategy. Collaborate with both sales and back-office teams to resolve execution issues and ensure smooth change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities in Thai and English.
• Solid professional experience in business transformation, change management, or management consulting. Background in the healthcare or sales sectors is highly advantageous.
• Required operational and technical knowledge of ERP systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between IT systems and practical business operations.
• Strong understanding of sales workflows and back-office operational dynamics.
• Highly proactive self-starter with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, presentation skills, and the leadership capabilities to independently advise the CEO.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite at the Bangkok office.
