Enterprise Lead

The Role:

This role will lead the Corporate Engineering and End User Technology strategy across the firm, supporting functions including Finance, Legal, Compliance and HR. The focus is on delivering scalable, user-centric technology solutions, driving enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI, and enhancing the digital workplace experience.

The remit does not include traditional infrastructure (e.g. networks or data centres), but instead centres on the core engineering platforms and services that enable the business. As the firm's enterprise technology landscape evolves, the role will expand to encompass additional horizontal engineering capabilities and firmwide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Engineering and End User Technology strategy.
• Partner with business functions to modernise technology and improve productivity through digital solutions and GenAI.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of strategic platforms, including initiatives such as Claude Co-work.
• Champion a user-first approach to technology, delivering an outstanding employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, influencing adoption of core engineering platforms across the organisation.
• Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives with pace and a strong focus on execution.

They will have the credibility to engage technical teams while influencing senior stakeholders across the business, with the ability to communicate the value of core platforms and drive organisation-wide adoption.
