-About Us

Founded in 2014, Kuaxintong is a SaaS provider specializing in cross-border e-commerce compliance, including VAT, EPR, intellectual property, product certification, and overseas company incorporation. Headquartered in Shenzhen, we operate local teams across China and Europe.

-The Role

You will lead the Europe Center and take overall responsibility for its operations, local teams, service delivery, partner network, and regulatory intelligence.

-Key Responsibilities

• Manage European operations, budgets, delivery quality, costs, and team performance.

• Build and lead local teams across Germany, France, the UK, Italy, Spain, and other markets.

• Develop partnerships with tax advisers, fiscal representatives, law firms, translators, and notaries.

• Maintain communication with European tax authorities, EPR regulators, and e-commerce platforms.

• Oversee VAT, EPR, company incorporation, and related compliance services.

• Monitor regulatory changes, manage major client issues, and provide market insights to headquarters.

• Support key clients, SaaS product localization, and new business development in Europe.

-Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cross-border compliance, international taxation, or a related field.

• 3+ years of team management experience, preferably across multiple countries.

• Strong practical knowledge of European VAT and EPR compliance.

• Professional fluency in Chinese and English.

• Understanding of Chinese cross-border sellers and their European compliance needs.

• Strong commercial, operational, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

German, French, Italian, or Spanish fluency, European work experience, Big Four or tax advisory experience, and relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
