President - Luxury Development Group

We are conducting a confidential search for a President on behalf a commercial real estate platform based in South Florida. The company is in an aggressive growth phase. The client name will be shared once mutual interest is established

This is the most senior seat in the company. The President owns three functions simultaneously — and must be genuinely strong across all three:

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

Lead all capital raising for the platform — equity, debt, JV structures, and co-investment. Build and manage relationships with family offices, private lenders, HNW investors, and institutional capital partners. Structure deals and prepare investor materials alongside the founder. This is the primary function of the role. The relationships must exist today.

Development — Full Lifecycle Ownership

Own the full development pipeline from feasibility and entitlement through construction, delivery, and stabilisation. Run the outcome on every project. The VP of Construction reports in. Budget ownership, GC selection, lender draws, change-order governance, and delivery to brand standard are all yours.

Operations & Portfolio Management

Run the platform day to day. Full P&L accountability across hospitality, office and mixed-use portfolio. Budgets, CAMs, NOI discipline, leasing execution, vendor management, SOPs, and the systems the business needs to scale nationally.

The right person has:

• A proven track record of raising capital for real estate — the relationships must exist today
• Full development lifecycle experience from feasibility through stabilisation
• C-suite or President-level operational accountability across a real estate platform
• Experience in a founder-led, private, fast-moving environment — no committees, full ownership
• Full financial competency across operational and development budgets, lender draws, and asset performance

Compensation is structured for someone buying into the platform — base, performance bonus, capital raise participation, unlimited upside. In this role you reap what you sow.
