What You'll Build

You will build a tech-enabled services business that redefines how customer support is delivered. You'll architect the AI implementation layer, build massive macro libraries, and manage a team of tech-savvy agents who use these tools to obliterate ticket backlogs and drive up CSAT scores.

Your Responsibilities

As the CEO, you are responsible for executing from 0 to 1.

Design the CX Stack

Select a niche (e.g., mid-market SaaS) and integrate AI-triage tools with their existing helpdesks (Zendesk, Intercom).

Close the First Sale

Pitch brands on a smarter, hybrid support model. Close your first deal and generate initial revenue by taking over tier-1 resolution.

Own the Revenue Engine

Drive sales and own the revenue generation engine. Build a repeatable outbound motion to consistently acquire mid-market SaaS clients.

Build the Knowledge Base

Create the foundational macros, tagging rules, and KB suggestions required to train both the AI and the human agents.

Enforce QA and CSAT

Implement rigorous weekly QA audits to ensure the AI isn't hallucinating and the human agents are empathetic and accurate.

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or CX Operations leadership.
• Deep technical familiarity with modern helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias) and emerging AI support tools.
• Data-driven approach to tracking metrics like First Response Time, Time to Resolution, and CSAT.
• Ability to sell outsourced services by communicating the ROI of AI-efficiency plus human-quality.
• Experience managing and auditing the quality of remote support teams.

You are a forward-thinking CX leader who has been experimenting with AI tools and realizes they are a feature, not a complete solution. Compensation & Equity

A 90-day stipend covers your launch phase. Upon securing your first volume-band retainers, you unlock a revenue-backed base salary and founder equity, with significant upside as the business reaches scale milestones.
