- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience creating insights using business analytics, and presenting findings and recommendations.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, responding to, coordinating, and managing a large number of executive stakeholders.
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
- Experience building lasting relationships and a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a changing environment.
- Experience driving strategic assessments across products or regions to address opportunity areas and recommending a way forward alongside resource requirements.
- A proven ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.
US: $124000 - $177000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Develop hypotheses against complex opportunity areas, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and drive action to power the business.
- Communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders in a structured and compelling manner.
- Develop, run and maintain business operational cadence and processes to improve business performance.
- Own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables, while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Support regional teams in issues to enable a common set of processes and insights.
