We're looking for an Operations Ninja to join our growing team. In this role, you'll become the go-to person across the business, supporting our Head of Delivery and touching almost every part of how Manuka AI runs day to day.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role that blends organisation, energy, and genuine care for the culture of the business. You'll help keep delivery on track, support the people who join us, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Keep delivery on track - Support our project management office so projects run smoothly, on time, and without anything slipping. Ensure timesheets are submitted on time, every time
• Support our people - Help orchestrate recruitment processes as we scale across ANZ, and onboard new team members so their first weeks feel organised and welcoming
• Bring people together - Support marketing initiatives and help orchestrate company events, offsites, and travel
• Support the commercial engine - Support sales operations behind the scenes, and help our alliances team collate partner case studies and certification materials for our Databricks and Anthropic partnerships
• Be the linchpin - Spot the gaps nobody else has noticed yet and fill them, so you become the person who knows how everything works
• Collaborate deeply - Work alongside our Head of Delivery, and across sales, marketing, and alliances teams to keep the whole business moving

• Mindset Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told twice Plenty of personality, we want someone people enjoy working with Curious, adaptable, and excited by the pace of a growing AI-native consultancy A genuine people person who helps hold the culture of the organisation together
• Nice to Have Interest in Databricks or Anthropic certifications and the broader partner ecosystem Prior exposure to events, recruitment, or project coordination (through study, internships, or part-time work).
