ASHRAE’s next Chief Staff Officer will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Board of Directors and volunteer leadership while providing operational leadership to a professional staff of approximately 130 employees. The CSO will play a critical role in ensuring that the Society continues to deliver exceptional value to members through effective governance support, operational excellence, innovation, and strategic execution. The Chief Staff Officer will oversee the implementation of the Society's strategic priorities, support the continued growth and diversification of revenue streams, and champion new approaches to content delivery, including the application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Working closely with volunteer leaders, industry partners, and global stakeholders, the CSO will help ensure that ASHRAE remains the leading authority in building sciences while continuing to expand its influence, relevance, and impact worldwide.
