Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's operations, driving sustainable business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute the company's strategic business plan, identifying new market opportunities and supporting business diversification initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders while leading strategic commercial negotiations and supporting major business development opportunities
- Oversee all operational activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, continuous improvement, effective resource allocation, and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Assume full P&L responsibility, managing budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, cash flow, cost control, and investment decisions to achieve business objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop the management team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, corporate governance, Health & Safety, ESG, and ethical standards
- Represent the company with customers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders, strengthening its market presence and supporting long-term strategic growth
- 10-15+ years of senior leadership experience, with proven success in a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar executive role
- Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and a strong track record of delivering business growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Extensive leadership experience within Telecommunications Infrastructure, Utility Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction Services, or Infrastructure Outsourcing & Managed Services
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with proven experience driving business transformation, market expansion, and organizational growth
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and lead high-performing teams
- Experience operating in an international business environment and reporting to Boards, shareholders, or regional leadership teams
- Exposure to Energy Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, or M&A integration projects will be considered a strong advantage
- Civil Engineering academic background could be an asset
- Fluency in English is required
- Base Salary €85K/yr - €95K/yr
