Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day executive activities
• Monitors project timelines and follows up on action items to ensure timely execution and completion
• Prepares presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordinates communication between the CEO, internal departments, clients, investors, partners, and other external stakeholders
• Supports business planning, research activities, and executive decision-making through the collection, analysis, and presentation of business information
• Tracks strategic priorities, operational updates, and key initiatives, facilitating effective coordination across functions
• Handles highly confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
• Supports special projects and cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the successful achievement of business objectives

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership positions will be considered a strong asset
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in project coordination, reporting, and executive support activities
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
