Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Director, located in Toa Alta. The Financial Director will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading financial audits, and collaborating with team members to support organizational goals and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and overall Finance management
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus)
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
• Experience in strategic decision-making and organizational growth initiatives
• More than 10 years of experience
