Global Process Owner (w/m/d)

YOUR JOB

• Together with your team, you will further establish Global Process Management at Bechtle AG and take on a key expert role within the organization.
• As part of the Global Process Management team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, standardization, and continuous improvement of a core business process, such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or a similar end-to-end process, across all national and international group companies. You will define target operating models, governance structures, and group-wide standards while ensuring their sustainable implementation.
• Based on process KPIs, business requirements, and data-driven analyses, you will identify optimization opportunities across the entire value chain and lead cross-functional and cross-country improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• You will develop and maintain global process standards, policies, and governance mechanisms while ensuring compliance with internal governance requirements, regulatory standards, and established best practices.
• Acting as the central interface between business departments, IT, local Process Owners, Shared Service Organizations, Key Users, and senior management, you will manage an international stakeholder network and ensure alignment with global objectives.
• You will actively shape the transformation of our global process landscape by leading international workshops and design sessions, supporting global rollouts, and driving innovation through automation, new technologies, and the latest SAP functionalities.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• You have extensive experience as a Global Process Owner, Process Excellence Manager, or in a comparable role within an international organization, with a proven track record of establishing global process standards and successfully delivering transformation and harmonization programs.
• You bring in-depth experience in designing, building, and managing global process landscapes.
• Your strong analytical and conceptual skills enable you to quickly understand complex organizational, business, and technical environments and translate them into sustainable, scalable solutions.
• You excel in stakeholder management across all organizational levels and have a proven ability to align diverse interests, drive change, and influence decision-making in complex international environments.
• You are fluent in German and possess business-level English skills. In addition, you have extensive experience with process management tools (e.g. SAP Signavio), process mining solutions, and SAP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA in the areas of Procurement and Finance.
• Ideally, you have experience in defining governance models, establishing global process organizations, and leading international transformation and ERP initiatives.
