Her journey from the mailroom of a Hollywood talent agency to leading talent management initiatives has taught her to always keep a people-first focus in order to create spaces that allow individuals thrive and excel. With a passion for learning and development, Ivana seeks to understand what motivates people to develop onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives and career planning projects that hold the individual as the key element.

She enjoys running marathons to hone her mental tenacity and spending time with her daughter to keep playtime a regular part of her daily routine.
