Chief of Staff

Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, AI adoption, business transformation, Growth strategy, Margin improvement, Organization build up and enterprise-wide execution. This is not a traditional PMO role; the incumbent will act as the CEO's execution partner, converting ideas into structured programs, its periodic reviews on progress, aligning stakeholders and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic projects under the CEO.
• Lead cross-functional transformation across Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Quality.
• Build CEO governance: dashboards, KPI reviews, project trackers, executive reporting.
• Lead AI & digital transformation initiatives from ideation to adoption.
• Lead Business transformation projects – Sales acceleration programs . Growth and Margin improvement.
• Identify productivity, cost, working capital and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Board/CEO presentations and business cases.
• Track KPIs, risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
