As the first dedicated operations hire, you will take full ownership of the company's operational backbone. You will build and automate systems for customer support, payment processing, and people operations. This high-impact role reports directly to the founder, focusing on scaling efficiency through AI agents to support hypergrowth without adding unnecessary headcount.

• Proven track record with over five years of experience in high-velocity startup environments, ideally in BizOps, Chief of Staff, or similar founding-level operational roles.
• Technically proficient and AI-native, with the ability to ship real-world automations using LLMs and agents rather than relying solely on no-code tools.
• A scrappy, highly organized self-starter who thrives in async-heavy environments and possesses the social capability to negotiate vendor relationships and represent the company.
