The Chief of Staff is a dynamic operational leadership role that exists to drive accountability, streamline execution, and strengthen both internal alignment and external client experiences. Your role serves as the right hand to firm leadership, ensuring that our vision is translated into action across teams and projects. You are systems-minded, proactive, and confident holding others accountable. You’re responsible for driving project momentum, supporting team clarity, and fostering long-term client relationships through intentional, high-touch engagement.

YOUR PURPOSE:

To ensure operational excellence and cultural alignment across ADG by maintaining firm rhythm, upholding accountability, and nurturing client relationships. Your role exists to amplify leadership’s impact, ensure project follow-through, and create memorable client experiences that reflect ADG’s values.
