At OmSai.Aero, we are building a long-term aviation infrastructure platform anchored in disciplined governance, institutional capital, and phased airport development. We are seeking a seasoned and execution-oriented Group Chief Executive Officer – Airport Infrastructure & Capital Development to lead the next phase of institutional structuring and financial closure. The ideal candidate will bring 18+ years of experience in airport infrastructure, aviation projects, or large-scale infrastructure finance, with demonstrated exposure to capital raising, PPP models, regulatory interface, and project execution. Prior senior leadership or P&L responsibility in aviation infrastructure is strongly preferred. This role will be responsible for structuring the capital stack (equity, debt, VGF, institutional participation), leading financial closure strategy, establishing governance frameworks, and building the executive leadership team for phased airport development. We are seeking a leader with strong government interface capability, financial discipline, and the ability to transition a founder-led initiative into an institutional-grade aviation platform. This is an ownership-aligned mandate with ESOP-based participation and milestone-linked incentives. Executive compensation framework activates post financial closure.
