Your Mission

• Strategic development, innovation responsibility (AI, products, etc.), and technical and hierarchical leadership of the Planning Consulting team in Germany, Switzerland, and South Africa
• Channel responsibility for diamond partner Jedox
• Responsibility for the entire customer and project portfolio including budgets and quality assurance of the Planning consulting division
• Trustworthy and goal-oriented collaboration with other technology partners, HICO management, and colleagues
• Active leadership of complex projects – from conception to roll-out, including risk and conflict management

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience (team and department management) in BI, EPM, and controlling environments
• Several years of consulting experience
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing modern planning and reporting solutions, as well as deploying productivity-enhancing AI solutions
• Deep understanding of business processes, corporate governance, and controlling
• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, MBA, or comparable qualification
• Technical expertise in Jedox, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), or other common BI and planning tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at management level
• Residence in Germany or willingness to relocate
• Fluent German and fluent English (minimum C1 level)
