ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role is responsible for providing executive leadership over the company's overall construction operations, ensuring operational excellence, sustainable business growth, and long-term profitability. It develops and executes strategic plans, oversees multiple business functions, and drives the successful delivery of construction projects while building strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the position is expected to make high-level business decisions, strengthen organizational capabilities, expand the company's market presence, and ensure that all operational objectives align with the company's vision and strategic direction
