About The Role

As Head of D2C, you will lead the end-to-end D2C business, with an immediate focus on launching and scaling our consumer business in the Philippines. You will own growth, commercial strategy, product commercialization, and operational execution while working closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Technology, and Operations teams.

You will drive product launches, build scalable operations, strengthen strategic partnerships, and create exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, growth marketing, product thinking, and execution. Depending on business needs and the successful candidate's profile, there may also be opportunities to support broader regional D2C initiatives as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Leadership

• Own D2C P&L, growth strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
• Define and execute the overall D2C commercial strategy, including customer acquisition, monetization, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and drive the launch and growth strategy for the Philippines market.

Marketing & Growth

• Define the overall D2C growth strategy, target segments, pricing model, and monetization framework.
• Drive customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and retention strategies in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Set commercial targets (Revenue, ARPU, CAC, and LTV) and ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

Partnerships & Expansion

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, digital wallets, e-commerce platforms, telcos, and other ecosystem partners.
• Lead the launch and growth of the D2C business in the Philippines while establishing scalable operating models for future expansion.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in D2C, consumer internet, fintech, digital financial services, technology, or other consumer-focused businesses, with at least 5 years in P&L ownership or business unit leadership.
• Proven track record of building, launching, or scaling high-growth D2C or digital consumer businesses with measurable commercial impact.
• Deep expertise in consumer marketing and digital growth, with hands-on experience leading performance marketing, brand campaigns, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, loyalty, referral programmes, and digital customer acquisition at scale.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, monetization, business planning, and P&L management.
• Product-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, and Operations teams.
• Experience working across Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, consumer finance, credit, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
