Principal / Associate Partner – Strategy Consulting (will consider a Manager who is close to being promoted)

Hiring a Principal / Associate Partner for a global strategy firm with a strong Southeast Asia platform.

This is not a build-out role. It’s a targeted hire into an established team with consistent deal flow across the region, particularly in Financial Services, Consumer Industries and TMT.

The role:

• Lead strategy and transformation across Southeast Asia, primarily in the Philippines
• Own senior client relationships and contribute to revenue generation
• Deliver and oversee value creation programmes
• Work closely with Partners on regional mandates

Profile:

• Current Principal / Associate Partner (or equivalent) in a top-tier strategy firm, may consider Managers who are close to promotion e.g within 1 year
• Clear experience across Southeast Asia markets (essential)
• Philippines exposure helpful, but not required
• Strong commercial track record and client ownership

Context:

• High level of client exposure and responsibility
