As part of its continued international expansion, Çalık Enerji Swiss AG is seeking an ambitious and high-performing professional to support Calik Enerji Swiss AG in executing strategic priorities, managing executive-level stakeholder engagement and contributing to corporate growth, financing initiatives and business development activities across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Swiss Team in driving strategic initiatives, executive priorities and cross-functional projects across Headquarters, international branches and external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, Board materials, briefing notes, decision papers and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and monitor Board, shareholder and executive management meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow-up activities.
- Act as a key liaison between Çalık Swiss, Headquarters, international branches and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Accompany and, when delegated, represent the General Manager in meetings with banks, advisors, business partners and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analyses, business case evaluations, market research and strategic assessments to support corporate growth and financing initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic, corporate development, EPC and trading projects, monitoring implementation progress and reporting outcomes to management.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, supporting the enhancement of reporting tools, governance frameworks and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate development or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in an international business environment is preferred; experience in the energy, infrastructure or EPC sectors is considered an advantage.
- Formal project management training or certification would be an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including executive-level presentations, financial modelling, scenario analysis and consulting-quality reporting.
- Fluent German and English are mandatory; additional European languages would be considered an asset.
