JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field (primary requirement)
- Exposure to Education, Public Policy, or related fields through study or experience (strongly preferred)
- Relevant advanced degree preferred
Experience
- 10+ years in strategy, policy, advisory, consulting, education or related leadership roles with a strong focus on technology or AI-related topics
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, or deploying AI or technology solutions
- Preferred: Experience in applying technology within education, AI/EdTech, K–12, public sector, UAE/GCC, or accreditation experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Deep technical understanding of AI concepts and education technology trends, with the ability to assess real‑world applicability
- Strong analytical and synthesis capability, translating complex developments into clear, actionable guidance
- Ability to operate credibly with both technical experts and non‑technical leadership audiences
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions, vendors, and architectures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefings and guidance documents
- Sound judgment in navigating ethical, operational, and policy considerations related to technology use
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Thought Leadership and Strategic Perspective
- Provide sustained thought leadership on AI in education, education technology, and related policy considerations, developing perspectives that extend beyond immediate delivery needs
- Provide technical inputs for the design and delivery of AI integrated solutions
- Track and interpret global developments, trends, and debates in AI‑enabled education, positioning as an informed and credible stakeholder in the space
- Contribute strategic input on long‑term implications, risks, and opportunities associated with emerging technologies in education
Translation of Insights into Practice
- Provide technical direction on the design, evaluation, and implementation of AI and technology solutions
- Translate research, expert input, and market developments into practical guidance, principles, pilots, and design inputs applicable
- Define technical standards, requirements, and architecture principles for technology and AI adoption
- Support development of approaches that integrate AI and education technology into learning models, student support, administration, and operations
- Promote responsible, effective, and context‑appropriate use of AI and education technology within different independent Account teams
- Work alongside technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and fit for purpose
External Insight and Expert Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global subject matter experts, researchers, practitioners, and institutions active in AI and education technology
- Participate in expert discussions, networks, and forums, and actively scan research, products, and applied use cases relevant to contexts
- Synthesize external insights into clear, relevant inputs for internal audiences
Internal Dissemination and Alignment
- Communicate relevant insights clearly to Leads, delivery teams, and leadership, supporting shared understanding and consistent application
- Contribute to internal documents, briefings, and guidance materials that support decision making and implementation
Cross-Functional Collaboration with Operational Departments
- Work closely with IT, real estate, procurement, and operations teams to assess and shape requirements related to infrastructure, hardware, software, data, and systems
- Provide subject‑matter insight on technology‑related implications for facilities, energy usage, data governance, and operational readiness
