Head of Digital Platforms, AI & Innovation

We are seeking a Head of Digital Platforms, AI & Innovation to lead the modernization of our digital ecosystem, driving the development of secure, scalable, intelligent, and commercially valuable platforms powered by Artificial Intelligence.

About the Role

As a senior technology and innovation leader, you will define and execute the organization's vision for AI-enabled platforms, intelligent automation, agentic AI, enterprise integrations, and digital innovation. You will play a critical role in ensuring that AI capabilities are embedded into products, operations, and customer experiences to drive measurable business outcomes and competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI-enabled platform strategy across products and services.
• Modernize digital platforms into scalable, modular, cloud-ready, and AI-ready architectures.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, AI Copilots, intelligent automation, and reusable AI capabilities.
• Establish enterprise-wide AI governance, guardrails, controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead API, enterprise integration, and MCP-style connectivity initiatives.
• Develop reusable AI skills, enterprise connectors, and innovation frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation labs, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts.
• Support productization and commercialization of AI-powered capabilities and digital offerings.
• Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, data, product, delivery, and executive leadership teams.
