About The Role
Tokenization is the architecture of what comes next — the way real estate, healthcare assets, AI ventures, and infrastructure funds will be held, traded, and financed in the decade ahead. Mintlayer is building the platform that makes that possible, and the Head of Tokenization decides what it looks like, translating requirements of institutional asset managers into the product specifications the engineering team builds.
The market is still being defined. The conversations you have with real estate fund managers and healthcare asset originators this year will shape what tokenized finance looks like for the institutions that follow. You get to write the playbook in a space that does not yet have one.
What You Will Own
- Own Mintlayer's tokenization strategy across all MWS asset classes: real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense
- Translate institutional issuer requirements into protocol-level product specifications for MWS and Token Factory
- Work with the Head of Legal to ensure all tokenized asset structures comply with ADGM, MiCA, and issuer jurisdiction frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional asset owners, fund managers, custodians, and transfer agents
- Develop the MWS product positioning and commercial pricing model for tokenized asset issuance
- Advise Interest.One on tokenized fund structure options for all fund products
- Represent Mintlayer at institutional finance conferences and RWA industry events
- Investment banking, asset management, or structured finance background
- Direct experience with tokenized securities, RWAs, or digital fund structures
- Understanding of MLS token standards and programmable asset logic
- Relationships with institutional issuers or custodians preferred
