Chief Strategy Officer – Abu Dhabi, UAE


A leading UAE-based diversified industrial and services group is seeking an experienced Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to drive the execution of its long-term growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman, this executive leadership role will lead enterprise-wide transformation, strategic partnerships, M&A and divestments, and the development of new business platforms across manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and industrial services.


Key Requirements:

  • 20+ years' senior leadership experience, including 10+ years of strategy exposure.
  • MBA, accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven expertise in corporate strategy execution, transformation, M&A, joint ventures, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience working with executive boards and government stakeholders.
