We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Bengaluru office. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, helping drive execution across functions, solve complex business problems, and accelerate company growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in startups, consulting, founder's office, strategy, operations, product, or other high-ownership roles

• Prior startup experience preferred; candidates who have worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments will be strongly preferred

• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and an execution-first mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage ambiguity, and drive projects independently

• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and operating in a high-intensity environment

• Graduates from Tier-1 institutions (preferably IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent premier institutions) are preferred
