Purpose of Role

Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of In-Room Dining daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.

Responsibly Description

• Supervise and inspect In-Room Dining duties.
• Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.
• Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest request.
• Assist in training needs identification and training plan development.
• Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed
• Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of their performance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
• Clear tables.
• Control guest checks and secure proper payment. Utilise prescribed cash handling procedures to accurately charge customers.
• Participate at times in reporting Casual Talent selection.
• Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline, and participate in Talent performance evaluation when required.
• Assist with filling out log books.

• 激勵英才、展現優異的表現，遵守紀律並成為模範。
• 遵守所有公司政策與流程。
• 提供高品質的餐飲服務、有效運用建議銷售促進收益。
• 清潔桌面。
• 負責客人的帳單、檢視正確的付款及結帳。
• 因應需求參與英才甄選。
• 透過鼓勵令英才展現最佳的工作表現、執行紀律、有需要時參與英才工作表現考核。
• 協助填寫日誌。
