1、负责酒店中餐厨房的日常菜品制作能接受早班，晚班安排，确保出品质量稳定、口味正宗； 2、根据菜单要求，完成各类中式热菜、冷菜、汤品的烹饪工作； 3、协助研发新菜品，定期更新菜单，提升顾客用餐体验； 4、严格把控食材的新鲜度及使用标准，合理控制成本； 5、保持厨房工作区域的清洁卫生，遵守食品安全及操作规范； 6、配合团队完成大型宴会、会议餐等团体餐的烹饪任务； 7、定期维护和保养厨房设备，确保其正常运转。

1、具备扎实的中式烹饪技能，熟悉各类菜系制作工艺； 2、能够独立完成中餐菜品的备料、烹饪及装盘工作； 3、对食材特性有基本了解，能够合理搭配并控制成本； 4、工作认真负责，具备团队协作精神，能适应快节奏工作环境； 5、有酒店或餐饮行业相关工作经验者优先，无经验者可培训上岗；
