General Counsel

What you'll do

· Own and lead the legal, regulatory and compliance function across the Group and its affiliates — while remaining hands-on

· Run M&A and investment transactions end-to-end, from term sheet through closing, and draft and negotiate core deal documents yourself

· Manage disputes across jurisdictions and oversee fund-level and regulatory matters, including engagement with the Monetary Authority of Singapore

· Sit on the front line of portfolio management, partnering with management teams to drive value and prepare exits

· Serve as the senior legal partner to the CEO and investment team, and manage external counsel for cost and quality

What we're looking for

· 10+ years of legal experience

· Dual bar admission — Korea and the US (or UK)

· Experience at a US or other leading international law firm (preferred); additional experience at a Korean law firm is a strong plus

· In-house counsel experience valued

· Fluency in both English and Korean — essential

· A track record across corporate/M&A, disputes, and regulatory matters

· Strong commercial judgment and the seniority to lead — someone who finds the path to "yes" while protecting the firm, and can say "no" when it matters
