Geek Alliance LLC is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to join our on-site team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will manage the company’s online sales platforms, monitor product listings, optimize pricing strategies, and analyze sales performance data. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless customer experiences, responding to inquiries, and working to enhance overall customer satisfaction while collaborating with team members to maximize online sales and business growth.

• E-Commerce expertise, with experience managing online sales platforms and optimizing product listings
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying trends
• Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver excellent support and address inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and inventory management tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is an advantage
