Role Description The Assistant Food Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of food and beverage operations for events. This includes coordinating with kitchen and service teams, overseeing food presentation and service standards, and ensuring smooth execution during pre-event preparations, live events, and post-event wrap-up. The role involves monitoring inventory and supplies, assisting with menu planning and event-specific setups, and implementing quality and hygiene standards in line with brand guidelines. The Assistant Manager will interact with clients and guests on-site to address service needs, oversee staff schedules and briefings, support training and performance feedback, and help manage costs and budgets to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including event-based catering environments.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver a high-touch guest experience.
- Experience in Training service staff, providing clear guidance, and supporting continuous skill development.
- Ability to assist with Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial tracking related to food and beverage operations.
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or event management, preferably in premium or luxury segments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple events and shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with kitchen, service, and operations teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours in line with event schedules.
