Junior Lead of Technology Products

- Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, and delivery
- Assist in running Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, sprint coordination)
- Partner with engineering, product, and UX teams to support product initiatives
- Help define product requirements, roadmap priorities, and feature enhancements
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Analyze product performance and assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to testing, product optimization, and continuous improvement efforts
- Communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support product execution
- 0-3 years of experience in product, project management, business analysis, or technology-related roles
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project coordination
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing data and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and technology environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to speak up and raise concerns
- Energetic personality with a -go-getter- mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strategic thinker with interest in product innovation and growth
- Degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field (not strictly required)
- Background in product management, project management, or business analysis
- Experience working with product or engineering teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
