Role Description

• Lead product development from concept to production-ready formulation
• Ensure products meet standards on taste, nutrition, and cost
• Take products from bench trials to consistent commercial production
• Evaluate, select, and manage co-packers end to end
• Own production output across quality, yield, and margin
• Work closely with the procurement and supply chain team to integrate ingredients and newer packaging formats
• Ensure compliance, testing, and documentation are always in place
• Move fast without compromising technical integrity

Who you are

You've worked with a condiments manufacturer, D2C or emerging FMCG brand in its early growth phase, where production systems were still being built and not fully stabilised. You understand what it means to scale from small batches to consistent output under real business pressure, balancing speed, cost, and quality without the luxury of large, established infrastructure. Experience with sauce, condiment, or food product reformulation for modern trade or quick commerce is strongly preferred.
