What We Look For

• Valid licenses and certificates in accordance with STCW 95, including required refresher courses
• Certificate of Proficiency in Advanced Training for Service on Oil and Chemical Tankers
• Strong leadership and sound decision-making, with the ability to manage operations confidently and responsibly
• High safety awareness and excellent communication, enabling effective teamwork in a multicultural environment
• Proven experience as Chief Mate / First Officer preferred
• Experience on oil and/or chemical tankers is advantageous
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Residence in Germany
